THE PROCESS

So you think creating a DVD slideshow
sounds like a fantastic way to give your photos that extra bit of pizzazz...Now what?

   Order Form.doc                             Order Form.pdf

In a nutshell, here is how it works:

You send us your photos (printed or digital) and your selection of music together with instructions on how to arrange everything. We digitize your media and create the slide show on a high quality DVD disc. We then ship it back to you along with your originals. We do not install any copyright protection, so you are free to make copies of your DVD! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us...check out our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

More specifically...Follow this 6 step process and you'll have a personalized show ready for you in no time!

First of all, rest assured that we will walk you through this entire process, give you choices and make sure that you are happy. If you are unsure about anything, we will be glad to give you suggestions.

If this is too daunting of a task, we can easily make most of the decisions for you to create a customized show based on your ideas.
Feel free to leave the artistic designing to us!

1. The first step is to gather your photos.

• For digital media: Place them on a CD-R and name them in the order you would like them in your show (001, 002, 003, etc).

• For printed media (photos/memorabilia): Determine the order you would like them in your show. Do NOT write on your photos. Use post-it notes, write the order number (001, 002, 003, etc) on the post-it and then affix to the back of the picture. (Writing on pictures can sometimes leave shadows or indentation marks during scanning.)

2. Decide on the music to include. The music is a vital part to the slideshow. Choose music that fits the mood of the show and has special meaning. If you need suggestions, we are here to help!

• We need about one minute of music for every 10 images or approximately 1 song for every 20-25 images. It always better to choose too much music than not enough. We can trim and fade songs to fit the needs of your show.

• When choosing music selections, you have two options:

A. Send us the original music CD or

B. Allow us to download (purchase) your selection of music online from a
    legal distributor.

3. Decide what you want to say on the opening/closing title slides. Choose also any text overlays you wish to include. These help tell the story depicted in your show.

4. Print and complete the order form, including the customization section. Contact us if you have any questions. No question is too small or silly to ask!

5. Mail your materials (photographs/CD-R, memorabilia, music, etc.) and your completed order form to us. We will contact you upon receipt of your materials and cover any last minute questions or suggestions that we have prior to making your DVD slideshow.

Suggested mailing technique: Place items in a re-sealable plastic baggie (Ziploc type). Then place in a small box or large, stiff photo envelope. Pad with newspaper, packing peanuts or similar if space allows. Mail using a tracking option through your favorite mail carrier.

Mailing Address: 1392 E. Palomar St. Suite 403-134  Chula Vista, CA  91913

6. Proceed with payment.

• We will e-mail you an invoice for your records.

Please note, shows with a great deal of customization or a large number of pictures may take longer, but we will communicate with you throughout the process.
