Furnace
After Skinny puppy broke up Kevin Key and D. R. G. teamed up with
Mark Spybey of
Dead Voices On Air and Phil Western. This is freeform experimental electronic music at
it's
best. The next album was great, but D. R. G. had died and it just didn't have the same
feel.

Dead Voices On Air
New Worlds Machine
Experimental electronic noise by Mark Spybey. This is brilliant!

Pink Floyd
Piper At The Gates Of Dawn - Dark Side Of The Moon - The Wall
Kind of like two different bands here. You have Pink Floyd with Syd
Barrett minus
David Gilmore and Floyd with David Gilmore minus Syd Barrett. The first album is
off the wall psychedelic, and the others are the classic Floyd we all grew up with.

Syd Barrett
Madcap Laughs
You all know that Pink Floyd was Syd Barretts band, but drug abuse
kind of
pushed Syd over the edge and he lost it mentally and was booted out of the
band. Who knows what Pink Floyd would have been like if he had stayed.
Anyway, this is Syd gone solo and mental all at the same time. It's sloppy but
pure genius. These songs were written during the Piper at the Gates of Dawn era.

DEVO
Duty Now For The Future
I bought this album around 1981. I was so angry at myself for
buying it because I
couldn't believe how bad it was! I didn't listen to it again for months, but when I
did I was surprised how damn good this album was. What had I been thinking?

KISS
ALIVE!
I played professional air guitar for this band for most of the 70's
even though I've
never officially been listed as a band member. I probably have listened to this album
more than any other in my lifetime. It's the best live album of all time!

KRAFTWERK
RADIO-ACTIVITY
I will never forget the time when Rusty Langhorst and I camped out
in his front yard and
listened to this in the dark on a potable 8-track player. I was freaked out and at the
same
time I was in awe! Great early techno music. I still listen to this in the dark sometimes.

Gary Numan
The Pleasure Principle
Arguably the best new wave record ever produced. Gary Numan took
the basics,
some keyboards, and the rest is pure new wave genius. He was a lot bigger in Europe
than he was here but that doesn't lessen his musical genius.

Haujobb
Homes & Gardens
Very much in the same camp as Skinny Puppy but very unique. Great
traffic music, just don't get caught speeding when listening to this!

My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult
Confessions of a Knife
Praise Jesus for this one! Seriously, if it hadn't been for a group
of Satan fearing
Christians I wouldn't be big of a fan of this group. I first heard of this band while
watching a documentary about Satanic music and they were playing one of the songs
from this album in the background. I had quit going to church by this time but
still considered myself to be a follower of the messiah of the bible. I liked the song
they were playing so much that the first thing I did the next day was go out and
purchase this very c.d .! It's a pity evil prevailed due to that documentary.

The Beatles
Magical Mystery Tour
The Beatles took psychedelic music to the masses with this
effort. Try
singing I am the Walrus in Spanish sometime to a group of Mexicans and see
what kind of reaction you get. They will laugh every time, trust me!!!
