Joel Siegfried

Harbor Drive approaching the AirportSan Diego International  AirportJoel Siegfried lives near San Diego International Airport and has a lifelong fascination and passion for flying. During college he worked at the International Arrivals Building at JFK in New York, while also logging time for his private pilot's license. He has flown on personal business over 75,000 miles a year. Joel has written articles on travel and tourism, air transport and airport operations, public art acquisitions, music and dance performances at the airport, and noise mitigation efforts. These have been published in the U.S., U.K. and the Netherlands.
