boortz.com: HILDABEAST SHOWS HER TRUE COLORS:
"And now we have Hillary proudly and arrogantly announcing that the government is going to seize property from individuals for 'the common good.' Don't ignore the message here. You are not a free individual. You exist to serve the state. Hillary is here to show you the way."

boortz.com: My, how the freeloaders whine:
"How did we ever arrive at the point in this country where Americans think that they have some sort of an enforceable right to reach into the pockets of complete strangers to get the money to cover their personal needs? Oh, I forgot. Democrats. Democrats and government schools."

Thomas Sowell: Random thoughts:
"A recently reprinted memoir by Frederick Douglass has footnotes explaining what words like 'arraigned,' 'curried' and 'exculpate' meant, and explaining who Job was. In other words, this man who was born a slave and never went to school educated himself to the point where his words now have to be explained to today's expensively under-educated generation."

Moore film distributor OK with terror support:
"The company distributing filmmaker Michael Moore's Bush-bashing movie 'Fahrenheit 9/11' says it won't reject an offer of help from Middle East terrorist organization Hezbollah.
[T]errorists affiliated with the Iran-backed network last week offered to help promote the film in the United Arab Emirates. "

Rich Tucker: Who's Afraid of the U.S.A.:
"Once, Greece and Rome possessed great military power. Both invaded their neighbors. When the Ottoman Empire had great military power in the 1500s, it invaded its neighbors. When France had great military power in the 1800s, it invaded its neighbors. The Soviet Union held half of Europe for generations -- because it could.
But we have great power, and we’re benevolent. If we decided to, we could conquer the entire planet. Even if all the militaries of all the world combined, we’d still defeat them. Easily. "
"We’re unique. We’re special. We’re the great hope of mankind. That’s why terrorists seek to destroy us -- because they fear and detest our freedoms and realize those freedoms eventually will be spread everywhere, because freedom is the only idea that really works. Their idea, a Muslim caliphate, has already been tried and has already failed."

Thomas Sowell: Silencing whom?:
"Speech codes are meant to silence any criticism of the brainwashing and double standards that schools and colleges have increasingly practiced. That is what it is all about.
The student suspended in San Diego was not advocating violence, much less practicing any. He was criticizing the brainwashing. That was what he was suspended for."

Yahoo! News - Saudi, U.S. Officials Search for Hostage:
"In his letter, al-Mu'men said Johnson who works for Lockheed Martin on targeting and night vision systems for Apache helicopters had expressed opposition to U.S. foreign policy and an interest in converting to Islam. Johnson had read parts of the Quran, the Islamic holy book.
'He was interested in reading Quran translations ... I swear to God that once he said to me in public in a popular restaurant in Riyadh: 'I hate my country's politics. I am interested in Islam. If I convert, I will go and live with my wife in East Asia,' al-Mu'men wrote. Johnson's wife is from Thailand. "
The article goes on to say that "Johnson had read parts of the Quran, the Islamic holy book." Obviously, he didn't read the part about giving your soul to the devil and dedicating to bringing death and destruction, not to mention violate the civil rights, of everyone you encounter. And he didn't read the part about strapping dynamite to your body, walking into a pizza parlor, and detonating yourself and killing dozens of innocent civilians. When are people going to learn that Islam is a cancer on society? Everywhere Islam is prevalent, they wreck the society. They wreck the economy. They have no concept of Liberty or freedom or individual rights.

The Desert Wedding That Wasn't:
"The following memorandum was sent by a Pentagon contact to Col. David Hackworth regarding the incident on May 19 in western Iraq where U.S. forces attacked a large group of people at a remote farmhouse. Many news media outlets have prominently reported claims from some Iraqis charging that the group was a wedding party, although CENTCOM has flatly denied that. The officer’s name has been removed for his own protection."

Cal Thomas: Recent Iraq history:
"On Oct. 31, 1998, President Bill Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Act. In a statement, Clinton said he wanted 'to be clear on what the U.S. objectives are: The United States wants Iraq to rejoin the family of nations as a freedom-loving and law-abiding member. This is in our interest and that of our allies within the region.'
Clinton said his administration had pursued and would continue to pursue these objectives through 'active application of all relevant U.N. Security Council resolutions. The evidence is overwhelming that such changes will not happen under the current Iraq leadership.' Clinton also referred to 'Iraq's weapons and missile programs,' which he said he wanted to eliminate."
