This is a new section devoted to the Task tab of the Quick Command Panel in PhotoImpact. At present, these tasks are guaranteed to work in PI7 only. If one has also been adapted for version 6, click on the v6 link (not the task name) to download that. In the future, tasks may be rewritten for more versions.

Just click on the task to download, then unzip and import the task into the QCP using the Task Manager. If you're unsure of this whole process, Cedge has written an excellent tutorial, which also includes some basic observations and pitfalls to keep in mind. In some cases, you can also download an appropriate image to test the task by clicking on the word "image" next to it.

Some of the tasks are self-explanatory. For a better view of the more artistic effects, go to the Task Gallery.

IMPORTANT! These PI tasks are free for all and carry no stipulations other than these: Do not copy them and claim them to be your own. Give credit where credit is due. Links to this page are welcome, but do not link to any of the zip files themselves. Do not offer these tasks for download from another site. Any violations of the above will most likely result in death (see Site Info page).
