I answered your questions (or ones I imagined you might ask (If you'd like a
different question answered, you should
ask)). Now, perhaps you will answer

I'm trying to put something together, and I need your help. For your one to five favorite book(s), answer the following questions (include the title):
title
1. What is at stake? (if the hero(ine) fails, what would be lost?)
2. What is the connection between the two most prominent characters?
3. When does it take place?
4. Where does it take place?
5. If there is a special item (or items) involved or prominently featured, what is it/are they?
6. What one thing (concept, theme, recurring phrase, etc.) did you find most interesting about this book?

I'm trying to think up topics people might discuss on a space colony stranded in the
middle of space. I think philosophy would be good, but which subjects?
Farming in Tennessee:

Research questions:
When might a farmer in Tennessee be able to leave his farm for a month (provided he had a small farm and a good farmhand)?
What are the planting/harvesting times of these crops (near the western side of Nashville):
Corn ?
Cotton ?
cattle (not plant/harvest, but what times of the year are they purchased/slaughtered/whatever)?
vegetables ?
tobacco ?
other crops that grow there?
I have looked for this information. I just haven't managed to find it.
Stories from end to beginning:

Answer this question
I'm thinking about trying an experiment with a story, but I'd like your help. I need an
ending. Just an ending. Almost anything happening for an ending, and I'll build on it. If
I use your suggestion, I'll mention you, of course. Just write a brief summary of an
ending, e.g. "Brian and Tanya stepped away from the smouldering wreckage. Garth was dead
at last, and they were free." Something like that.
