The Tulare Basin Wetlands Association was founded to further the cause of wetlands conservation and habitat enhancement in those parts of Kern, Kings and Tulare Counties that were formerly defined as the Tulare Lake Basin.

The charter of TBWA is to promote this cause while enhancing camaraderie among outdoor enthusiasts.

The TBWA is comprised of member organizations and volunteers. The purpose of this site is to disseminate pertinent information and to unify the TBWA's efforts.
