Rio Grande Turkey Hunts
With exclusive access to over 25,000 acres of PRIVATE Kansas farm ground boasting of large populations of UN-PRESSURED Rio's, our Spring Turkey Hunts are destined to be a S.H.O.A. favorite! We are confident 2008 will be yet another great success! Our success rate for 2007 was 46 hunters taking 58 long-beards!!
Immediately preceding and throughout the deer season we regularly witnessed flocks of 50, 100, and 150+ Rio Grande Turkeys from our deer stands, often at distances of less then 25 yards! We invite you to join us this year and experience yet another quality S.H.O.A. hunt.
Semi-guided Hunts We will have conducted pre-season scouting and confirmed roosts, strut zones, travel corridors, and feeding areas prior to your arrival. Accordingly, you can begin your hunt immediately and not have to spend time locating your long-beard! Fully Guided Hunts By special request only. **Prices do not include lodging, non-resident turkey tag or non-resident hunting license. Non-resident tags may be purchased over the counter for $31.00 (1st tag) and $21.00 (2nd tag). For 2008, hunters may purchase their tags online (1st tag $32.15 2nd tag $22.15).
