Right before "Footzilla" sends the rangers into the air.. the machine on him lights up. This is probably just a time cut.

Side note:

PRNS reshot the rangers in the gravity attack for a good reason. It looked like crap in Hurricanger, all they did was use the rewind and fast forward button while the rangers were in mid flight jumping over the camera... talk about lame.

The Ex-Student fires a dart at "Footzilla's" behind. That makes him run around crazy.

In PRNS, It was "Dustin's hammer" that made him run around all crazy like.

He also helps Youske get out of the little hole there by actually taking hits from Footzilla.

Youske gets out of the hole, then rams Footzilla into a car window. Then fires his Hawk blaster while his bac is turned.

In PRNS, Shane just drops him from the sky, then fires the blaster.
