Booking: We book up to six months in advance for Saturday and Sunday Weddings. We book only one wedding per weekend, and not more than two weddings per month.

Minimum: Our minimum contract price is $2,000 before tax. As our calander permits, we will make an exception to our mimimum, for small weddings (80 guests or less.) A deposit of $300 and a signed contract is required to hold your date. The deposit is not refundable. Balance is due 30 days before your event.

Quotes: We provide a detailed quote for all services. The quote is all inclusive and there are no hidden charges. Quote prices are valid for 30 days. Once your wedding is booked, quoted prices are locked in place and will not change, unless you change your designs.

Consultations: We understand that you may need our assistance and advice prior to your wedding. We do not charge for consultations. We will schedule a meeting 30 days before the event to review all designs.

Borrowed Items: We do not charge for use of props such as arches, chuppahs, candelabras, etc. A refundable security deposit is required for borrowing.

Venues: We need at least two hours for setup. Unfortunately, we do not work any site where parking is not provided. There is no delivery charge for San Diego City and East County events.
