Trails Day (every
June) Girl
Scouts are encouraged to educate people of all ages about trails and
how they promote a healthy lifestyle on National Trails Day. Troops can
organize trail maintenance projects, dedicate a new trail, plan guided
outdoor walks, and excite all generations of trail users with fun
outdoor activities. Girls can also work towards earning the Get with
the Land Patch if they collaborate with a federal or state natural
