The Kripalu Approach
We are Certified Kripalu Yoga Teachers. Kripalu Yoga teaches that your body is constantly speaking to you and telling you what it needs to be happy and healthy through its language of sensation.
Underlying this language of sensation is the flow of a life force called prana that can be felt “as tingling currents of energy.” The aim of Kripalu Yoga is to awaken this vital life energy and bring it to each person’s conscious awareness.
We’ve taught more than 5,000 yoga classes since we opened our Studio doors!
During that time we’ve learned how to apply this wonderful Kripalu approach in very practical and effective ways. Students at South Windsor Yoga Studio easily and quickly experience awareness of this energy.
Conscious and physical awareness of this energy initiates a deep healing and balancing process in people that still amazes, astounds and delights us!
We regularly have students tell us their chronic pain and health challenges have simply disappeared! One student told us her arthritis had gone away. Another lowered her blood pressure without meds. The yoga we teach has helped others with everything from insomnia to anxiety and depression.
