Promo / Sample Postcards
As I understand it, travelling salesmen that marketed the SPH Postcads carried samples of their merchandise with them. These promotional or sample postcards had the standard front of one of the SPH Postcards, but on the back they contained an large editorial and thus could not be mailed.
