The Spirit of America Festival

Phoebus Presents

Welcome

11 July 2009—10-5 PM:   Join the Town of Phoebus in celebrating 400 years of “small town living at its best”.  Phoebus is proud to participate in Festivities with Ft. Monroe and the City of Hampton in celebrating our 400th Birthday.
