5 Dec 2009—12-6 PM:   Join the Town of Phoebus and Spirit of America Festival Committee in celebrating 400 years of “small town living at its best”.  Phoebus is proud to sponsor An Olde Time Christmas in Phoebus.

With Live Music, Dancing and events, Phoebus will honor our veterans and showcase our community volunteer organizations who keep our country free and strong. 

All proceeds go to not-for-profit.  The Festival also helps showcase the culture and arts to be found in Phoebus, supports our American Theatre’s ‘Century Campaign’, and welcomes the York River Symphony Orchestra to foothold of the New World.  Following is a summary of events:
