IN THE NEWS

Martial Arts and Martial Science are not to be taken lightly by those of us who choose to study these ancient techniques. It Is A Lifelong Commitment And Learning Experience If One Is to Expect To Be Knowledgeable On These Subjects. For This Reason If I Have A Black Belt Who Voluntarily Removes Themselves From The Study And Continued Learning Of The Skills Necessary To Remain Sharp And Informed Enough To Teach........After A Period Of Time Deemed To Be Sufficient Enough For Your Skills To Deteriorate You Will Be Reduced In Rank To Junior Black Belt Until Which Time You Regain The Skills Required To Retest For The Lost Rank. Any Questions Or Complaints On This Decision Should Be Directed To ME ONLY! Thank You, Dr. T. E. Springs, II, SOKE
