Ever gone to an amusement park and ridden the rides and thought, "That was okay, but if they'd just done this here, it would be a much better ride? Or thought you could design a better rollercoaster than the ones in the park? RollerCoaster Tycoon, from Hasbro Interactive, lets you do that -- and build the rest of the amusement park, where you make the decisions about what to build and how to run the park.
On these pages, you will find both original track designs, park designs, and (once I get used to the user interface for the editor) new RCT scenarios. Use the buttons on the left to pick a page.
Compared to most of the other RCT sites on the Net, this is rather plain, and isn't really 'themed' for RCT. Yes, I could have used the 'grass' texture from the game as my background, or used a coaster-track theme for the border, or captured the ride type images to use as section headers. But then I'd still be putting these pages together, instead of making them available to people. And I'd rather put content on the Web, and have it be relatively plain, than have some gosh-wow page design that's still sitting on my hard drive in development.
