The St. Benedict the Moor Gospel Choir consist of a dedicated group of individuals coming together to praise our Lord in song. The choir sings at the 9:30 a.m. Mass every Sunday and on other holidays. The choir also performs at other churches and events around the city.
The choir meets every Thursday at 6:00 p.m. for rehearsal for the coming Sunday. They generally meet before the Sunday Mass to run through the selected songs before the Mass. Special practices are held for special events and holidays.

To assist the Pastor in developing and deepening the parish Faith community to carry out the mission of Jesus. The Parish Pastoral Council is the consultative body to the Pastor and proposes a vision and direction for Parish life, focus is on Word, worship, service and stewardship.
The Pastoral Council meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
