What we do:

Everything! 

We’re present from start to finish. We’ll create a planning timeline and accompany the bride on appointments where she needs extra help, like fittings or tastings. We will be able to handle anything you throw at us, from vendor suggestions to getting your save-the-dates designed and in the mail.  We can even be the creative genius behind the wedding, suggesting colors, and ways to weave the theme throughout your event. The possibilities are truly endless. We are the liaison between vendors and the bride and often become a person that the bride can lean on during stressful planning periods. The amount of time that we spend on your wedding is unlimited.

 
What you can’t expect:

Most planners will do just about everything- within reason of course. If you are concerned about a specific request, address all concerns before the contract is signed.

 
Who it’s right for:

For those busy couples that want something unique and every detail carefully thought out and managed. 

 
Break Down:

• Contract signing- A meeting can be scheduled to sign a contract, or it can be sent in with a deposit to secure your date.
• Organizational Meeting- After a contract is in place, we will schedule a meeting (lasting approximately 2 hours) to begin getting organized.  We will present you with a personalized binder.  We believe that having the same format for planning as we will use keeps everyone on the same page.  Also during this meeting we will take the time to prioritize your vendors and allocate your budget accordingly, based on our experience in the marketplace. 
• We will establish a schedule for staying in contact.  We will usually have a once a week phone or email appointment and face to face appointments as necessary.
• Rehearsal
• Wedding day:  Ceremony and Reception
• We can help you with anything; the possibilities are endless as to our involvement!

Fee:     $1,000 nonrefundable booking fee,

+ $25.00 per hour rate per consultant

*additional laborers may be required at a rate of $15.00 per hour
