Some online pro shops are accused of scamming people by taking your order, and not shipping it, and then wait for you to cancel your order to charge you a 15% re-stocking fee. The worst online pro shop so far is Beach Bowl Pro Shop, which is still in buisness, but however being researched by the FBI for online fraud. Most all customers we asked werent satisfied at all with the service.

I ordered an El-Nino 2000 on Dec. 26 from Beach bowl proshop.com, It is now jan. 15th and I keep getting the run around about wether my ball has been shipped or not. they keep telling me they are backed up with their orders, but they could not tell me wehther my ball was shipped or not, They have had my money form the day of the order, but I still have no ball. I am very frustrated at this point and just wanted to warn people not to buy from this place, they do have the cheapest prices on the net, but I would rather pay a little more for quick and prfessional service.. Just thought I would tell everyone who was thinking of placing an order with them...

I ordered a 4 ball bag from them in October and received it the last week of December. They do have good prices, but it takes too long to get the merchandise.

BEACHBOWL YELLED AT ME FOR CANCELING WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR MY PRODUCT. THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR CANCELING.

I ordered an optyx from BEACH BOWL in early december, thinking i would have it in the 1-2 week window that they promised me. well, 3 weeks passed, i called and that a-hole told me he was looking right at the UPS screen and that it was on its way. I waited 2 weeks more and no ball. I called and asked why i was being lied to, and the guy cussed me out and insisted his business was legit. He refused to let me cancel the ball, and i recived it ANOTHER 2 weeks after that call. Beach bowl is a big scam and should be put out of business in any way possible.
