Rates:

High Season Rate (May 1-September 30 and Holidays)- 
Nightly Rate .. $250/night (Up to 6 Guests) + $10/Additional Guest/night 4 night min.
Weekly rate = $1600 (Up to 6 Guests) $10/Additional Guest/night.
Independence Day week=$250/night and 7 night minimum ($1750/week)
Low Season Rates=$200/night (Up to 6 guests) + $10/Additional Guest/night and 
3 night minimum. Weekly rate=$1300 (Up to 6 guests) + $10/Additional guest/night
Payment: 50% at time of booking, Balance 60 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds on cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
