We would like to encourage everyone who works at a company that participates in United Way or the Federal Government's Combined Federal Campaign to donate to the Histiocytosis Association of America.  These diseases are so under-funded that even small donations can make a very large impact.  Almost all of the HAA funding comes from families of patients with histiocytosis and almost all the much needed research is funded by the HAA.  Please pass this information on to your close friends and families.  We are indebted to the HAA.

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the annual fund raising drive conducted by Federal Government employees in their workplace.  Each fall Federal employees and military personnel raise millions of dollars through the CFC that benefits thousands of non-profit charities.

The Histiocytosis Association's CFC number is 1322.  If you participate in the CFC Campaign, simply note this number when filling out your campaign card.  If you don't work for the Federal Government or the military, perhaps you know someone who does that would like to participate in the Campaign.

If you would like to learn more about the CFC Campaign, visit their web site at: www.opm.gov/cfc
