Gallery of Jupiter Images from New Horizons
This is the last of a handful of LORRI images that New Horizons is sending "home" during its busy close encounter with Jupiter - hundreds of images and other data are being taken and stored onboard. The rest of the images will be returned to Earth over the coming weeks and months as the spacecraft speeds along to Pluto.

Jupiter Encounter Begins
The New Horizons Jupiter encounter is under way! The spacecraft began collecting data on the Jovian system this week, starting with black-and-white images of the giant planet and an infrared look at the icy moon Callisto on Jan. 8. These were the first of about 700 observations of Jupiter and its four largest moons planned from now until June.

The PI's Perspective: New Horizons in 2007
Fresh off a memorable 2006, New Horizons has much to look forward to in 2007 -- starting with a trip past the solar system's largest planet, Jupiter. New Horizons Principal Investigator Alan Stern reflects a bit on the amazing year that was, and looks ahead to the major milestones on this year's mission calendar.
