Actually, it is a Graduation Cow! My friend Robert gave me this a graduation present when I graduated from Arizona State in 1999.
From what I recall it is autographable.
It sat on top of my CD Guitar, guarding my then massive (there were more CDS on the other side) country music CD collection.
My cow chair made it into this picrture
