Live harp music
is unique in that it speaks to feelings,
it speaks to the soul. People in mourning
are calmed and soothed by the subtle nuance
of the harp, while still being intimate
with their feelings and emotions.
Memorial
and Funeral Music

part in funerals, its also very important
to choose the “right” music, Carole

Service Outline
Confused where the music
goes? It helps to see it in black and white.
Of course, your ceremony can be arranged and
individualized, however you choose –
but there are three general parts of the ceremony
where music is traditionally played, the fourth
is optional:
Prelude
- Music for people arriving before the ceremony
to create a sense of serenity and consolation.
Postlude
- Music to usher all those paying respects
for your departed loved one(s) before going
to the reception or graveside services.
Reception
– To enhance the time of memories, remembrances,
thus giving such moments a musical presence
of beauty, intimacy and reverence.
Graveside
– Music is also very nice for behind
the special scripture or readings, during
the ceremony.
