63rd New York Infantry - Irish Brigade
 

Colonel James D. Brady Camp 63 was established  on Dec.22, 2003 and is located in the Eastern Virginia Theater (east and south of Richmond) and meets every other month. The camp was numbered "63" in honor of the 63rd New York Volunteer Infantry of the Irish Brigade which fought in this area. The camp was named in honor of Colonel James D. Brady, the last colonel of the 63rd NY.
