1. The usual procedure to apply for a LULAC student scholarship is to obtain an application form from your school counselor's office. From this page, click on "Scholarship Information". Under the paragraph heading "LULAC National Scholarship Fund(LNSF):", click on the phrase "2009 APPLICATIONS ...CLICK HERE!". As instructed, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the link to download the 2009 LNSF application. The application is in the Adobe Acrobat pdf file format and requires the Acrobat reader. You can then print out the application form for your use. You can submit the downloaded application form or one obtained locally. Only pages 3 and 4 of the form need to be submitted. Please remember that the deadline for submitting the form is March 31, 2009. 4. Once the form is ready to be submitted, mail the form to the following address:
