Our Sales Policy
Buyer pays all shipping, handling and insurance
fees. All items
purchased from Quinn Studios have a three-day
inspection/approval
period. If buyer is not satisfied, items may
be returned in same
condition as shipped for refund minus a 10%
restocking fee.
Please note that, Arizona residents must pay
7.1% sales tax, unless
they provide a copy of their valid re-sale license.
We except
payment via money orders and cashiers checks
drawn in U.S. dollars.
No C.O.D.'s allowed.
American buyers may also pay for their purchases
with personal
checks, but they must clear our bank before
items can be shipped.
Buyer Inspection
We allow a three calendar
days for an inspection/acceptance
period, beginning with the date of arrival at
your location. We
usually ship via US Parcel Post. Customer pays
shipping charges.
All items we sell are absolutely guaranteed
as to authenticity,
unless otherwise stated, and we will stand by
them.
Layaways
Layaway is available
on most, if not all, items. Our layaway
requires 1/3 down, non-refundable, with a maximum
term of
90 days. Layaways may not be returned,
and carry no inspection
period. Failure to complete payment within the
90 day period
constitutes default and will result in forfeiture
of all funds paid
toward the item. We honor our commitments --
it is your
responsibility to honor yours.
Returned Items
PLEASE READ THIS!!!
We rarely have merchandise
returned, and do our best to
represent the merchandise as it is. If you have
any questions
regarding condition, please ask. It is much
easier to resolve
these issues prior to ordering than to deal
with them after the
item is received. Unfortunately, due to the
nature of this business,
it is inevitable that some things will be returned.
If an item must
be returned, repack the item appropriately,
and have it insured.
If an item is not received in it's original condition
, it will not be accepted it for return. The item will be returned to the
buyer at
the buyers expense. The buyer is responsible
for the merchandise
until it is back in our hands. If you receive
an item that is damaged
in transit, do not return the item until arrangements
have been
made for the shipping company to inspect the
item. Often, a
claim cannot be initiated after the item is
returned .
