This sword is very fine example of
an early American eagle head. It is
probably a French hilted sword with
a German blade, maked at the
ricasso with s&k.  35" overall length,
29 1/2" blade, brass hilted with
beautiful bone/ivory grip and etched
and blued/gold steel blade.  Small
area of bluing remain and gold
present in etchings and at ricasso.
No scabbard, but a real beauty.
