Research Projects |
| |
|
All research projects will be
charged at a rate of $17.00 per hour. This may include
individual people, lines of ascendancy, or entire family trees. A
few of the individual research projects will also be charged at this rate,
typically for the most difficult requests. It is important to
realize that some people are lost to history. For instance, it would
be an impossibility to locate certain records in the southern states
before 1865, as a large number of them were destroyed in fire during the
Civil War. There are other resources to explore, however, so some
research will be necessary. |

Expenses |
| |
|
Travel
in Springfield, MO and Tulsa, OK are included in the prices of individual
records searches. For research projects, travel in the Branson, MO
and the Wagner, OK and Muskogee, MO area are included in the hourly fees.
All other travel will be quoted. The expenses for materials and
documentation will be discussed as they arise. These could range
from $2.00 for some documents to between $30.00 and
$50.00 for some obscure texts. |
| |
Payment Terms |
| |
|
Payment will be due at the
time of request. For research projects, we will discuss a budget and
a retainer will be required before work begins. We can accept
personal check, money order, cash, and some electronic methods, such as
credit/debit card and wire transfer. We are eager to put our skills
to work for you, so please call or write with any questions. |
