FAMILYMy information on the family of William Wright is minimal. My great grandfather, William Wright McEwen had them listed in an old bible but only recorded their names and birthdates and death dates. I do know they lived in Pennsylvania and moved to Knox Co., OH before 1850. The last 4 children were living with them in Ohio in 1850. I believe the older children stayed in Pennsylvania.
William Wright b 26 Jan 1792; in NJ or NH; d 9 Dec 1867; m Olive Case b 14 Jan 1802; in NY; d 3 Apr 1863; and they had the following children.

6. Olive Wright b 25 Oct 1831 in PA; d 11 Feb 1904 in Mound Valley, Labette Co., KS; m James Cochran McEwen 2 Sep 1852 in Harbor Creek, Erie Co., PA (living in Erie CO., PA in 1850)
7. Waity Ann Wright b 22 Jan 1833 (living in Knox Co., OH in 1850)
8. Charles Wright b 24 Nov 1836 (living in Knox Co., OH in 1850)
9. Chancy Wright b 24 Dec 1840; d 15 Feb 1923, Knox Co., OH; m Nancy Ann Atherton (living in Knox Co., OH in 1850)
