Dailey - includes electric & cable, 30 amp $26.00   50 amp $28.00

Weekly - $95.00 plus electric -  free cable

Monthly - $235.00 plus electric & cable

 

Washing machine in your unit - $10.00

 

Ask about our summer fisherman special May through October.

 

All rates are for up to two persons.

Extra people - per person; $2.00 daily - $8.00 weekly - $25.00 monthly

All rents payable in advance - No refunds

 

If you are on a weekly or monthly rate and wish to stay a  little longer:

Extra day - $16.00   Extra week on monthly - $65.00 - plus electricity & cable

 

Mobile homes and RVs occupied yearly - $205.00 plus electric and cable

RVs & mobile homes occupied for more than 8 months will be considered as occupied for the full year

 

Mobile homes under the Winter Texan plan of 6 and 6 will be $205.00 per month for a minimum of 6 months and $165.00 per month while not occupied and utilities off

 

Park models/RVs on the 6 and 6 plan will be $235. for a minimum of 6 months and $80. per month unoccupied.

 

Unoccupied mobiles, park models and RVs must have utilities unhooked, patios cleared and all lawn objects need to be removed for mowing purposes.

 

To reserve a site the first months rent is required, refundable upon 30 day notice of cancellation

 

If you are going to be late arriving and do not notify us, your site will not be held without a deposit

 

If you are on a monthly or yearly rate and leave early before the full time stated, you will be charged the difference in rates (management option)

 

Cable TV is available at each site. We offer 61 channels,

that Rockport residents pay over $53.00 for, we offer this for:

Daily - $1.50    Weekly - $10.00    Monthly - $24.00

 

Garage rentals - $35.00 monthly, when available

 

Telephone and WI FI available at each site through AT&T and Gtek Wireless
