Power - For full-time users, running electric- power is available at the intersection of Alamosa County Road 2 South and Alamosa County Road south 112.  (See Photo Galley page for map) Also, solar power is an economical alternative. The sun shines more than 320 days a year. One needs to do a cost analysis of running the electricity to property or using Solar Power. For part-time users of parcels without easy access, self contained gas or propane generators may be the least expensive method to obtain electricity.

FINANCING THRU LENDER
