Managed eight engineers supporting NASA and USAF programs:

Created Flight Mechanics group performing expendable launch vehicle analyses. Group earned commendations from customers while executing $9M in contracts over 5 year period.
Developed configuration management system for flight controls models. This system improved greatly the consistency, quality and accuracy of flight controls models and analyses.
Implemented peer review system for Flight Mechanics. Reviews greatly improved the accuracy and thoroughness of analyses.
