  • Project management including definition of project tasks, estimation of resource requirements, scheduling, resource assignments, and direction of technical activities.
  • Implemented peer review system requiring reviews at the conclusion of all Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) analyses. Reviews greatly improved accuracy and thoroughness of IV&V analyses.
  • Developed configuration management system for analysis models. System eliminated non-functional modifications to models, redundant models, and greatly improved consistency, quality and accuracy of flight controls models.

Provided technical support to NASA Glenn Research Center.
  • Provided planning, design, and advisory services in areas of control dynamics, process control, mission design, and digital communications, achieving NASA project objectives while meeting Analex contract requirements.
