Project Management

I have experience specifying, proposing, managing, and implementing management information systems (MIS) that provide data throughout a corporate enterprise:

• Adept at interfacing with internal/external customers, arriving at clear, complete system performance specifications.
• Extensive experience translating user functional requirements into MIS system design specifications. I am very familiar with the process of determining the most cost effective hardware/software combinations to meet the system design specifications. I have a broad background as a proposal engineer, arriving at accurate component and labor costs associate with MIS system development. I also have a great deal of experience as a project manager, defining, scheduling, assigning, and tracking the development tasks associated with a MIS project.
