The "Speak Each Letter" Language

When I was a student I saw an article in a scholastic magazine with the title, “DUFNEX?”, which is, of course, “Do you have any eggs?”. The answer was “S, VFX”. The exchange continued with “DUFNEM?”, answered by “S,VFM”. The final line was “OK, ILFMNX”. These are not abbreviations - You simply say the name of each letter. I don’t remember if the author had a name for these phrases, but I call it the "Speak Each Letter" Language. In college I made a list of all the words and phrases I could think of. I remember making a pretty large list, but it is long lost. Here is my new list:
