Reminders. Reminders. Reminders.

Bring water bottles if you need them

Wear your HHS caps proudly to rehearsals and performances

Carpool to performances when possible

Play your CD’s on the way to performances and rehearsals

Performance uniforms are your own "Turn of the Century" creation unless otherwise indicated. Take a look at some turn-of-the-century pictures, and remember,  the l95Os were not the turn-of-the-century! Try l89O to l9lO. For example: black shoes, Black Pants long-sleeve shirts, bow ties, vest, suspenders, sleeve garters, spats, bowlers, and straw skimmers. Make it colorful and classy looking. There were NO button-down collars then. When we perform, Please, NO short sleeve shirts or Knit pullover sport shirts (unless our teal shirt has been indicated)!!

What is (QE) Quartet Encouragement?

Several of the guys in the chapter, have had no real quartet singing experience and enjoy learning these special skills from those others amongst us who have this experience and knowledge we can pass along, including voice part coaching, body language, etc.  If this is something you’d enjoy doing, bring a bag lunch and give it try.

Sherwood Hall library is located at 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, 703-765-3645.
