My Philosophy about the used parts I sell...........
I'd just like to say a little something about the condition of the OEM used parts and accessories I sell on this website, all the parts have been cleaned, detailed and in most cases in excellent condition, I have always been in the thinking that if a part is not good enough to install on my car, it isn't good enough for yours.
OEM = Original Equiptment Manufacturer
So when you receive the parts you purchased, in most cases, all you have to do is take them out of the box and install.
This simple philosophy of mine will continue as long as I am able to continue to offer these used parts and accessories to all those who own these fine cars
I ship everywhere with UPS, The US Post Office and Fed Ex.

All orders must be paid in advance with PAYPAL/ cashiers or personal check or money order.
If I accept your personal check there will be a delay of 5-10 working days until your check clears before the parts will be shipped out.
Since you may be in another country I will accept electronic transfers of payments directly to my bank account, or from a Western Union office.(email me for details)
California State Sales Tax (7.75%) will be collected on all sales transactions made within the state of California.
All other sales transactions made outside of the state of California will be exempt from any sales tax.* I will notify you by e-mail when I receive your payment and also when I ship your package out along with the USPS/UPS/DHL/Fed Ex tracking number.(tracking number only available to USPS International parcels with insurance)
If you send your payment through the mail, please either include a copy of this e-mail and your return address!
If you cannot send a copy write down on a piece of paper the parts you are purchasing, your return address and e-mail address so I can notify you when I get your payment.
Please make sure my name and address is put on the money order or cashiers check before you send it!

*I now ship anywhere around the World with the US Postal Service, UPS and Federal Express from Third Generation USA's location!
*All shipping rates are based on US domestic address's unless otherwise specifically noted.
*All Packages should be shipped out within 3 business days after payment has been received.
*All shipping estimates will include a “handling” fee, this covers the special packaging/boxing of your parts prior to shipment that I do myself.
*Additional handling fees will be charged for the creation of special or larger boxes for certain parts that require new cardboard stock to be used.

From time to time I take parts requests when things get a little slow around here, so if you don't see anything on the website please feel free to ask and put in a request for the parts your looking for!
HOLDING PARTS FOR PENDING SALES......
I will hold any part(s) for a period no longer than 30 days during any sales transaction, after that time it will be sold to the next interested party.
CANCELLATIONS......
Cancellations of an order after it has been processed/prepared/boxed will be subject to a restocking fee before the balance of the refund will be issued.
RECEIVING THE PARTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED....
All parts on this web site are used and in good condition, I try my best to accurately describe with text and photos the overall condition of the parts I sell.
I make it a policy to clean/restore/test all these parts before shipping them to you.
All parts sold on this web site are used/OEM and will be sold in "As-Is" condition unless specifically noted by me.
I will only accept returns on items if damaged during shipment.
Some interior items or exterior items may not match exactly as they are used parts and exact match is nearly impossible.
All parts that are returned must be in the original boxes and packed with the same materials..
All returns must be "postage paid" any items returned with "postage due" will be refused.
Refunds/credit will be issued only after receiving and inspection of returns item(s) is completed and found to be defective/damaged.
Exceptions to this policy will be considered at my discretion.
