The Earth and URI Charters 
& The Men Who Rule the World

We are focusing almost exclusively on the Earth and URI Charters in this issue of the YEA Newsletter in order to get this information into the hands of those on our mailing list. The reason for this is because it appears that the final form of the Roman beast is beginning to make its appearance.

Irvin Baxter made a most important statement in his article entitled "The Men Who Rule The World." Here is what he wrote, "During one conversation that I had with Muller, he stated that the world had gone as far toward unity as politics could carry it. He asserted that total world unity could only be completed by coming together spiritually. That belief is what inspired him to write New Genesis."

The politicians are admitting that they are handicapped in bringing together the desired New World Order politically.

They now need a spiritual push in order to get the whole thing finalized and empowered. So now, they have dreamed up the United Religions Initiative Charter. These two Charters (URI Charter & Earth Charter) will prove to be powerful tools in the hands of the United Nations.

Secondly, the Earth Charter gives the United Nations power over all lands of the earth. The common Earth citizen will be told where he may and may not live. He will be told what he may and may not do with his land. Even if the land owner owns the mineral rights to his land, he will be forbidden to extract those minerals simply because if he disturbs his land, he will be accused of endangering some form of wild life that lives there or he will be polluting the environment in some manner. It even appears that farming may be critically limited. It certainly will be tightly controlled. The only ones who will be given the right to extract the minerals, of course, or to farm on a large scale, will be the elite big business entrepreneurs.

But one of the major things to notice is the effect the URI Charter will have on religion. This probably will be the final form of "Mystery Babylon the Great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth" (Rev. 17:5). All religions of the world including "Wicca" (witchcraft) will fall under this URI Charter.

This is exactly the same thing that happened in the Roman Empire of old. When Augustus Caesar became the dictator of the Roman republic, converting it to an empire, he restored 86 pagan temples and religions which had become defunct. He then placed his protective genii (spirit) over them all, placing them under the umbrella of "Pontifex Maximus" (the great bridge-builder). Of course, Augustus was the "Pontifex Maximus."

Later, the faith of the Messiah YAHshua was raised up which was not under this protective umbrella. The Roman beast system mad war upon the saints, wore them out, overcame them and placed them under the protective umbrella of "Pontifex Maximus." This was essentially accomplished under the Roman Emperor Constantine.

However, religion has proven to be a very difficult thing to control. Even under Constantine’s reign. Arianism was raised up which would neither yield nor submit itself to the doctrines of the Emperor. Then the empire was divided into East and West. The East was under the control of the Tsar/Czar and the patriarch of Greek Orthodoxy while the West eventually came under the umbrella of the Roman Catholic (Latin) Pope who took the title of "Pontifex Maximus."

Under the auspices of the URI Charter, the return to a protective umbrella over all faiths and religions is being attempted. The URI Charter becomes the bridge-building (Pontifex Maximus) tool for control. The faiths are promised that they will be able to operate in independence as long as they adhere to the Preamble, Purpose and Principles of the URI Charter.

Of course the real man who will be place as head over this URI Charter will remain hidden from sight if at all possible. Who possesses the modern day title of "Pontifex Maximus?" Isn’t it the Roman Catholic Pope? Will he be the secret head of this new conclave? He certainly has been reported as making a very important addition to the Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church when he added (Item #841) which states, "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims: these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind’s judge on the last day." Thus, the Pope is seeking to appease the Muslims and all religions.

Under the auspices of the Earth Charter, Mikhail Gorbachev, who is head over the Green Cross, an environmental organization, may be given the civil power and authority over the earth, while the Roman Catholic Pope would be given power and authority over the ecclesiastical element through the URI Charter. This partnership would importantly bring about a marriage between the eastern and western half of the Roman Empire.

How will they force most church and assembly groups to join in this venture? Texe Marrs has part of the answer in his latest newsletter which can be found on the Internet at http://www.texemarrs.com/targeted.htm.

1. Financial power: The IRS will be utilized to audit, investigate, harass, bully, intimidate and if possible, destroy the financial base of all uncooperative churches and other groups.
2. Utilize International pressure: The Genocide Treaty will be utilized by the State Department and the UN against the uncooperative ones. The corrupt U.S. Justice Department along with the International Criminal Court system will investigate, indict, and imprison pastors and patriots branding them as "hate criminals."

They will be investigated and charged as guilty of perpetrating "hate crimes" against foreign nations, immigrants, races and ethnic groups, people of other religions, homosexuals and lesbians.

Proclaiming that YAHshua is the only way to salvation will be labeled as a crime. (This is very easy to understand after reviewing the URI Charter.)

3. Utilize investigative and intelligence forces: The FBI, CIA, NSA and other agencies will be utilized to carry out investigations and spy operations against targeted churches, assemblies and other groups.

All meeting places, phones, homes may be wiretapped, hidden videos emplaced, bank account snooping, etc. Privacy will be a thing of the past.

As Mr. Marrs also puts it, since most of these ministers and people are basically honest, forgery of financial documents and other underhanded tactics my and probably will be employed.

4. Judicial and Prosecutorial Assets: Corrupted Justice Department officials along with tainted federal courts will be utilized to put leaders and targeted peoples behind bars.
5. Congressional Legislation: Enlist the help of corrupt congressmen, both Democrat and Republican to pass legislation designed to stifle and suppress what was once considered to be lawful, such as free speech, religious freedom, the right to bear arms, etc. Also, legislate new laws giving the FBI, IRS, U.S. Postal Service and the Justice Department virtually unlimited police powers to spy on, monitor, and shutdown newsletters, magazines web sites, etc. which do not endorse approved "public policy."
