Welcome to the Nafzger Genealogy Home Page

This logo represents the arrival of the Nafzgers to the United States aboard the ship Phoenix in the year 1749. Three brothers, Rudolph, Matthais, and Peter, immigrated to Philadelphia aboard Phoenix and started most of the Noffsinger family as we know it.

The Family Reunion was a Great Success!

I would like to thank everyone who came to our celebration of our 250 years in America! Bev and I had a wonderful time meeting you all, and sharing the research and fun with you!

We're sorry that some were unable to attend due to the effects of Hurricane Floyd. We missed you all, and hope you will enjoy viewing the pictures from our reunion! Check back here often...I will be adding pictures as the attendees send them!

Researchers' Meeting Place

A New Way For NAFZGER Family Researchers To Find Each Other!

I have added this guestbook service to link you, the Nafzger genealogist, with other researchers who may have the information you seek. The guestbook allows you to leave your name, e-mail address, and comments. For those of you researching the Nafzger family, please leave information about what line you are researching, as well as what geographic location your family line lives/lived in.

As this list of visitors grows, you will have access to many Nafzger family researchers, and they will know of your research. I hope this tool proves useful to you!

I value your comments and questions, too. Please send them via e-mail directly to me. Thanks!

Phoenix and Phoenix II

Phoenix and Phoenix II, two compilations of my family research that I wrote for my family. Phoenix contains most of my research of early Nafzger history. Phoenix II documents my research into more recent family history in Botetourt County, Virginia.
