Easy IEP was developed by Soft Pubs Incorporated and eventually sold to Public Consultants Group (PCG) in August, 2000. It was designed by Tom Farley, Woody Farley, Tim Wolf and John Deighan.
It is considered to be the finest example of internet-based IEP software in the country.
