38th Annual
National Chess Congress. It is organized and directed by the Continental
Chess Association. Nov 23-25, Philadelphia Wyndham Hotal - see
tournament link above for all details. This year's results will be updated when the internet access actually works, the wireless is very iffy. GMs Ibragimov and Fishbein are the only GMs in the 2-day Premier section this year. More photos tomorrow. Monroi is also here, so when the internet is working, you can follow games on Monroi.
