The Author

In my forty years of business, the one central theme that keeps coming up, is the difficult time that men have in coping with their egos.  It is extremely important for most men to have a big enough ego to help them get their jobs done, but it often times gets in the way of getting the job done well.
Most men don't realize that it is all right, as a matter of fact normal, for them to hurt, to feel inadequate, to just plain be honest about their feelings. As difficult as it is for most men to be transparent with their feelings, it has become almost mandatory for them if they are going to reach high levels of success professionally or personally.
