Completed fender painted and with skirt section mounted
atop and bolted in place. Paint used is a standard shelf-bought
brand - any automotive or craft paint is usually formulated to have
 the flexibility and adhesion to all manner of surfaces ( rule of
thumb - if it sticks to your hand it will stick to almost anything! )
 in this case a semi-flat finish was required with superb results.
