	Here is where you start writing about your special neighborhood. Use the space below to tell about it. Here are some ideas to help you: Tell the name of your city and state. Tell the name of your country if you live outside of the US. Tell if your neighborhood is urban, suburban, or rural. Tell if your school is near your house or if you take a schoolbus to get there. Describe what your neighborhood looks like. Tell if it has houses or apartments where people live. If there are other buildings, tell what they are. Tell if there is a lot of land without buildings or if most of the land has buildings on it. Tell if there are a lot of trees and other plants or if there are only a few trees and other plants. Tell if there are any farms. If there are farms, what animals are on the farm? What crops are on the farm? What kind of weather do you get? Tell if you get snow in winter. How hot does it get in summer? Are there any lakes, ponds, or rivers nearby? If so, what are their names? Tell about them. Are there any mountains, parks, zoos, etc. nearby? If so, what are their names? Tell about them. Tell anything else that you think may be interesting to Tunia and her friends.
