Spiral Pyramid     1987 Glass/Steel Copper 23' x 65" x 65" Commissioned by Westcor Development Corporation for the Union Bank Building on the corner or Scottsdale and Camelback Roads in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Implemented and coordinated by Joan Warren, The Annex Gallery, 453 Sixth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101, 619-531-0888. Spiral Pyramid was my first large scale outdoor sculpture and was intended to reflect and enhance the materials utilized in the construction of the bank building.  This piece verified that such constructions could and will continue to function effectively in an outdoor setting even in extreme weather conditions as found in the Arizona sun.
