Software Install

So you finally decided to purchase that software program you have wanted for such a long time.  You get it home, and read the installation instructions (if you are lucky enough that it comes with instructions).  You put the CD in the CD drive just like the instructions say and wait.  And wait.  And wait.  Nothing happens !!!  Or how about this:  again, after carefully reading the installation instructions, you put the CD in the CD Drive and a window pops up on your screen.  You follow the instructions on the screen.  It wants the key number?  What key number you ask?  Or you get a message telling you that your video card is not compatible with the software and to go into your regedit command line and make the required changes before proceeding.  Software installation is not always as easy as it appears.  Turtle Media will come to your home and review your new software's requirements and ensure that your computer system is compatible before installation.  In some cases, if they are not compatible, Turtle Media will make the required changes to your computer OR will help you in purchasing the correct software for your system.  Don't let yourself suffer installation aggravation, let Turtle Media do it for you.
