1. Open a 300x300 pixel transparent canvas.
2. Using the Preset Shape Tool
set to circle, antialias, filled and vector make a large circle on your canvas.

3. Click on the Vector Object Selection Tool
and then right click on the canvas and select Node Edit.

4. Right click on the Node (the little square at the bottom of the circle) and select Node Type. If CUSP is available (not grayed out) select Cusp. If it is grayed out select Symmetric. Then right click on the node again an this time choose Cusp.

5. Grab the handles one at a time and pull them up so you have a point at the bottom like a heart.

6. Now left click on the top node and pull it down so it is almost flat and then grab the handles and pull them toward the center to form the top of the heart.

7. When you have the shape you want right click on the canvas choose Quit Node Editing.
8. Now go up to LAYERS/ CONVERT TO RASTER.
9. Your heart is ready to decorate, bevel, use Blade Pro or whatever you choose!
IDEAS!
*Instead of choosing Cusp you could choose Symmetric or Asymmetric and you get a little kink at the bottom of the heart when you move the handles!
*Your heart doesn't have to be perfect... for a country look make it a little lopsided.
