When doing this tutorial remember that no two tie-dyed designs ever came out identical in real life. So play with the settings and maybe you'll come up with something even more realistic looking.:)
Method 1:
Open a 300x300 canvas with a transparent background.
Now using the airbrush tool set to settings similar to these spray some lines on your canvas.

Go to IMAGE/ DEFORMATIONS/ TWIRL and twist the lines till you are happy with them.

Now go to Eye Candy/ Jiggle and play with the settings till you get something that looks like tie-dye.

You can now save the image as a tube or as a jpg for flood filling.
Method 2:
Open a 300x300 canvas with a transparent background.
Using the airbrush took with settings similar to the those above add some lines, and dots.
Go to IMAGE/ DEFORMATIONS/ SPIKY HALO and use settings similar to these.

Now go back to the spiky halo and use settings similar to these to get the otherside of the design.

Now you can leave it this way or use Eye Candy Jiggle again. Tube it or save as jpg for flood filling.
Email me if you have any problems.
